Returns and refunds

We're pretty sure you'll love our products! But if you are not completely satisfied with the item you receive, please reach out to us at info@montagueshop.com

If the product is damaged or if you received the wrong one, you can contact for a return, exchange or refund. 

IMPORTANT:
Note that we can refund/return orders that are reported to us within 2 days of delivery. Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date. In order to report a claim, all the packages must be kept, otherwise, the claim will not be valid. 
  • Montague does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
  • Orders that are not delivered due to address being incomplete or incorrect are not subject to refunds.
  • Sale items are not subject to refunds, unless they are damaged.
  • Products that are damaged from the manufacturer can be refunded or reshipped. Products that are damaged on purpose are not valid for refunds.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before starting a claim.
  • Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • A full refund will be granted if a package will not arrive within 60 days from the time of the shipping.
