Are we still shipping orders?

Yes, we will continue to ship but we are experiencing extreme delays due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. We are currently shipping orders within 1-7 days. We always try to ship as soon as possible. However, the shipping times are affected due to the pandemic and delays up to 60 days may occur. Please consider these delays prior to making an order at Montague.

Please be advised that it can take up to 48 hours to receive an email response. ​
Impact of COVID-19 As we all cope with the consistently unforeseen impact of Covid-19 Montague is directly impacted by government guidelines on social distancing, essential business rules and the indirect impact of shipping delays from our vendors and to our clients.  As the guidelines continue to evolve, we continue to work hard to provide you with quality products and customer services to the best of our ability. We are currently working with limited staff. We are also constantly experiencing delays from our vendors and suppliers. We are ALL working around the clock to serve everyone and stay safe. Please understand that we all must be patient during these times, especially when working with small, independent businesses.

Delays and Refunds

As the shipping times are extended and the postal service is working slower, we ask you to consider the potential delays before ordering at Montague
An item can be considered lost and a refund may be claimed if the order is not delivered to the given shipping address within 90 days from the moment of its shipping. 

Ordering

When placing an order, you agree that all the information given is accurate and complete. You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order and an Order ID: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of yourorder.
By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. If we cannot accept your order, we will contact you by email and shall refund any amount already paid to us.
